Work-study at Shaver's Creek

Shaver's Creek offers work-study positions for Penn State students. For more information, contact Doug Wentzel (djw105@outreach.psu.edu) or Tammi Richard (tyr1@outreach.psu.edu) at 814-863-2000.

Work-study is a student financial aid program for undergraduate and graduate students. Please check with the Penn State Office of Student Aid for information on eligibility and the application process. Once you have been awarded a grant, you can put your skills and talents to work at Shaver's Creek. You may choose from:

  • animal care
  • grounds, trails, and facilities
  • programs
  • bookstore and reception desk
  • special events
